I fixed the problem. I closed down firefox and ran ccleaner, just to clear out the temporary internet files in case there was a corrupted cookie or something. Logged in afresh, file downloaded no problems at all. Thanks for the assistance. Andrew |

Thanks for the prompt response. I clicked on your link, it came up with the details screen, confirmed I was logged in in the top right. I clicked on the .rar link, it asked me for my login details. Entered details again, returned me to home page. I logged out, closed down browser, reopened, logged into RSTS, manually found the 380 in the EMU section, clicked on .rar, asked for login details again. Once I'd entered details, returned me to home page again. It could be me but something isn't working right. Regards Andrew |

I've having problems downloading a particular file. A scenario has been placed on UKTS which calls for http://rs-trainsim.co.uk/forums/index.php?action=downloads;sa=downfile&id=854. Previously, I've been able to copy the URL to Firefox, the site asks me for my login details and then I cal download the file by clicking on the link.
This time, after typing in my login, when I click on the link, I'm asked for my login and password again. When I enter it, it takes me back to the home page. I found the required download manually in the EMU 380 section, but again despite it stating I am logged in in the top right corner, when I click on the link, it asks me for my login again. I think it might be this particular file because I can download the patch no problems at all. Any assistance greatly apprecaited. Andrew |
